Ground Floor 

Upon entering, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a 55” Smart TV, a lush sofa, and two pouf loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ensuring a stress-free and self-catered holiday. Adjacent to the kitchen is a grand dining table seating up to 10 guests. This open-plan area features a large window, allowing the endless blue views to come right in. 

All bedrooms come with luxury bathrobes, slippers, and "Artisti Italiano" toiletries for a spa-like experience.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a 43” Smart TV, a closet with a safe deposit box, and a private balcony to admire the  sea views. 

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.80m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a Queen (1.60m x 2.00m), upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a self-controlled A/C, a ceiling fan, a 43” Smart TV, a closet, and a private balcony. 

The ground floor also features a laundry room with a DeLongi washer and dryer for added convenience. 

First Floor 

Ascending to the first floor, you will find the playroom and the three remaining bedrooms. The playroom features a 65” LG TV, a PlayStation 5 with video games, a Bluetooth speaker JBL Flip 5, and a sofa that can be converted into a 1.40m x 2.00m bed, accommodating the 11th guest.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, a self-controlled A/C, a ceiling fan, a 43” Smart TV, a closet, and a shared balcony with the fifth bedroom. This balcony also features a 5-seat jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation, accompanied by sea views. 

Bedroom 4: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a 43” Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C a ceiling fan, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also features a 43” Smart TV, a self-controlled A/C a ceiling fan, and a shared balcony with the third bedroom. 

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Aya  covers 1,432 m2 and offers many facilitie,s including:

- A private, 55 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool uses saltwater electrolysis and can be heated upon request for an additional charge. 

-5,5 sq.m Children’s pool with 0.50m depth 

- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds,  2 pouf loungers, a poolside shower, and 3 umbrellas

- BBQ facilities with a NAPOLEON gas grill
